Confronting a group of people just binds those individuals together in shared disdain for your organization, or you, as a leader. The more intelligent route is to have constructive conversations with individuals who shape the group’s negative opinion. Break down the negativity one small confrontation at a time.

Part Two speaks directly to the men/women involved. “This is going to be the most complicated relationship you’ve ever been a part of. The difficulty rating is high, and if this thing is going to turn out well, you are both going to have to be smart about it.”
